                         A valid photo I.D., drivers license or passport must be presented at check-in.
No minimum stay required
Open all year long
Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking allowed on porch or backyard). There will be refurbishing charge          
equal to one night's stay for those who choose to disregard our indoor smoking policy.
Limitations on children staying (Must be at least 8 years old and be manageable.)
No childcare is provided                            Please, no walk-ins!
Pets:
We welcome small, (under 10 pounds) well-behaved pets at the inn. Please call the innkeeper to verify the pet policy
prior to booking.
Credit card number required to place a reservation. Charge made upon arrival.
Rooms must be reserved at least 48 hours prior to arrival, and there is no allowed cancellation in this period.
Check in time is 3:30 PM - 8:00 PM and Check out time is 11:00 AM
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and allow 10 days prior to scheduled day of arrival for any       
cancellation.
Cancellations:
If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to do that for you:
If concellation is made before 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged only $25.00  (service charge  and
processing fees per room)
If cancellation is made in less than 10 days, 50% will be charged for the first night room(s) reserved plus $25.00    
(service charge and processing fees per room).
If you cancel your stay within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay, plus $25.00
(service charge and processing fees per room)
We also have a policy regarding a "NO SHOW". There is a 100%will be charged for the entire stay, plus $25.00
(service charge and processing fees per room)
Changing the date (s) of a reservation to a later time:
If you changing a confirmed reservation before 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged
25% for the cost of  the room (s) reserved.
If you changing a confirmed reservation after 10 days of your arrival date, you will be charged
50% for the cost  of  the room (s) reserved.
If you changing a confirmed reservation within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged
100% for the cost of  the room (s) reserved.
Please understand that changing the dates of a reservation is the same as canceling and re-booking.
Cancellations or any changes are accepted over the phone. E-mail or fax messages are not sufficient to cancel or
change a reservation.
No refunds on early departures.
Pricing: Prices are subject to change.
Lost keys: Guest who lose keys will be charged $100.00 as the house will need to be re-keyed.
NO DRUG USE or heavy alcohol use is permitted at ANY TIME.
Open flames: NO candles or open flames are permited.
